Business Expansion supports groups that have proven a model in one market and want to bring it to the next. We help leadership decide where to go, when, and with what structure, and then operationalize the move.

The work spans site selection, partnership and joint-venture structures, payer and credentialing strategy, and the operational scaling required to maintain quality through a period of growth. We coordinate with legal and compliance counsel rather than replace them.

Engagements typically run 12 to 24 months and produce a documented expansion playbook the group can apply to subsequent markets without us in the room.
